2. What types of trips do you offer?

We offer a wide range of travel options from Hotel Booking only for those not seeking anything else, Experience Booking only for those missing exciting adventures on their trips, and Tour Packages for those looking for a full experience that includes the reservation of hotels, experiences, transportation, and more!

3. Are your prices inclusive of all fees and taxes?

Depending on the destination we will specify to our clients when do they have to pay for any extra fees or taxes before booking.  

 

4. Can I make changes to my booking after it’s confirmed?

Depending on the type of booking and availability, we may accommodate changes. Contact our customer service team at contact@enigmaviaggi.co as soon as possible to discuss modifications.

 

5. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies based on the type of trip and services booked. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions provided during the booking process or contact our team for details.

 

6. What are the forms of payment you have? 

We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers in Euros or Dollars. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

8. How do I obtain visas and necessary travel documents?

While our team doesn't process visas for clients, we're available to assist and guide you through the process. Yet, it's important to note that obtaining essential travel documents remains the sole responsibility of the traveler.

You will receive contact information for our customer support team upon booking. Our travel experts remain 24/7 at your disposal.

Booking times can vary depending on the destination and type of trip as well as the type of service you choose from us. It's generally advisable to book as early as possible, with a minimum recommended of 4 months in advance (review our cancellation policy), especially for peak travel seasons, to secure the best availability and prices.

If your flight is affected, our team will assist you in rearranging your travel plans whenever is possible. We will take actions and address such situations and help minimize disruptions to your trip. While Enigma Viaggi is not responsible for any cancellations or delays we're here to support and do our best when it's possible.

To plan your trip with Enigma Viaggi, all you need is the enthusiasm to explore new horizons! Browse our website to discover an array of travel packages, and if you don’t know where to go yet, book a meeting with our travel expert or send us an email if you’d like to plan it from scratch.

19. What is the process of planning my trip with Enigma Viaggi?

If you already have the destination and service selected fill in our form or reach out through email, WhatsApp, or Instagram and we'll help you book it! We will always give recommendations of hotels based on budget and preferences, once you have approved a hotel we will book it for you for the best price available. If you don't know where to go but you do have a budget, let us know and we'll craft the perfect trip meeting your budget and expectations.​

20. When do I pay Enigma Viaggi?

Every payment is made before the chosen service. We always need the proof of payment and confirmation of transfer completed on our bank account to start working on it. â€‹

21. Can I reserve everything and can you just plan it? Does it have a cost?

Of course! We can help you all along the way and you can certainly book your own accommodations, experiences, etc. It does have a cost which can vary depending on the length of the trip, amount of people, etc.

22. What languages do you speak?

We are fluent in Spanish and English, feel free to reach out in the preferred language.

23. Can I first book the Hotel and then the experiences?

Certainly! We are open to your preferences, we can first book the hotel of your dreams and then take a look on the infinite possibilities of experiences that you can do on your trip.

24. Can I only book the transport?

For some destinations you can book only transportation with us for example we can arrange a day tour to Ait Ben Haddou in Marrakech you can either choose to have a guide or not, we can arrange a day tour in Istanbul where you'll visit 

Sultanahmet city center, Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome and Grand Bazaar. Lunch (if requested), transfers, all museum fees (if requested), private guide (if requested) will be included. Also, we can book tours to the Sahara, and some more. Let us know what you are looking for and we'll make our best to accommodate.
